m8 ive said this many times on msn to you before your corsa probably as a 70amp alt and your already pulling a fair bit of power now with that XXX now with 2 Re'8s IMO your electric system aint gonna be very happy , i think that the money would have been better spent on an upgraded alt.

PS have you ever droped a volt meter across the batts? you could be droping well under 13v with the Re'8s i can see that droping under 12v which isnt good , if you havent it maybe worth trying before hooking the 8's up.





EDIT: how about modding the bottom half of the door cards it should come off with the about 5 screws that hold it on then you've only gotta replace that small piece if you sell the car in the future , it also looks pretty east to mod

im just saying it maybe worth checking just in case it is droping pretty low better safe than sorry IMO

sorry if it sounded a little bitchy m8 , but i know whats happening when i turn up the vol on my set up and it drops fast and you running more or less the same kind of power as me. i wouldnt want anyone on here having the problem i had the other week when the batteries drained and i was stuck in the middle of a right **** hole for 1 i looked a right dick 2nd i was shitting bricks at the thought of leaving the car there.





other than that dude when they are in it should sound good as far as 8" subs go im loving my GFs
